Support with your invoice, charges and payments.
Like most Internet service providers, we bill for broadband in advance. As a result, you will see a prorated charge to cover a portion of the month you join and another charge for the following month in advance on your first payment from us. You'll additionally see a $15 modem shipping and handling fee if you decide to rent or purchase modem from us.
Our billing cycle is monthly. Your account will be billed on the first day of each month for the previous month's service. If you sign up for our service in the middle of a billing cycle, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining days in that billing cycle.
We accept the following forms of payment: credit card, debit card, and electronic funds transfer (EFT). We will automatically charge your payment method on the first day of each billing cycle. If your payment is not successful, we will attempt to charge your payment method again on the 5th day of the billing cycle. If payment is still not successful, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your internet service.
You may cancel your internet service at any time by contacting our customer service team. Cancellations must be made at least [insert number of days] before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month's service.
If you have a dispute about your bill, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information, including your payment method, up-to-date. If your billing information changes, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to update your account.
If you have any questions or concerns about your internet service account or billing, please contact our customer service team.
