Terms & Conditions for Rented Equipment

1. Rented Equipment:

We provide equipment, such as routers and modems, to customers who sign up for our internet service. These devices are provided on a rental basis and must be returned to us upon cancellation of service.

2. Equipment Responsibility:

You are responsible for the rented equipment while it is in your possession. You must not tamper with, alter, or damage the equipment in any way. If the equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement or repair.

3. Return of Equipment:

Upon cancellation of service, you must return the rented equipment to us within 14 days. If the equipment is not returned within this time frame, you will be charged a late return fee.

4. Maintenance and Repairs:

We will provide maintenance and repairs for the rented equipment at no additional cost to you, as long as the equipment is used in accordance with these terms and conditions.

5. Non-Return Fee:

If the equipment is not returned or is returned in a damaged condition, you will be charged a non-return fee. The fee will be equal to the replacement cost of the equipment.

6. Ownership of Equipment:

The rented equipment remains the property of our company at all times. You have no right to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of the equipment.

7. Termination of Service:

If your internet service is terminated for any reason, you must return the rented equipment immediately.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Wicked Internet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Wicked Internet website.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
